I have gone to Novo about 3 times. The first visit was excellent. My nail tech was a younger lady & she always does a great job with nails and feet. Upon entrance though, I noticed the floors being very dirty. Figured they had just been busy and didn’t have time to clean. My next visit I sat in the chair and she started my service. If I could give zero stars i would. My mother can in a few weeks ago and got scammed into an $180 pedicure she DID NOT ASK FOR. but willingly paid without causing a scene. I went in today for gel polish NOT a pedicure for many reasons. Normally $20. Yet I was forced to pay an additional $20 for some kind of “shine” on my toes that i was unaware of getting until after it was already on. Stay clear of here unless you want to end up paying double. I believe it is the same lady who does this to customers.

I had the best experience getting my nails done! Tammy is amazing at manicures—super precise, gentle, and really takes her time to make everything look perfect. My nails have never looked better. Vicki is just as incredible with pedicures. So relaxing and thorough—she made the whole experience feel like a mini spa day. Both are professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend booking with Tammy for your manicure and Vicki for your pedicure. Five-star service all the way!
