Had a pedicure done today by Kim. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for better. Definitely recommending Kim for professional services!!! Jennifer worked on my wife’s feet and hands and she was very pleased and amazed with her work. She said she would also definitely recommend Jennifer for her professional services as well!!! I have gone to Novo about 3 times. The first visit was excellent. My nail tech was a younger lady & she always does a great job with nails and feet. Upon entrance though, I noticed the floors being very dirty. Figured they had just been busy and didn’t have time to clean. My next visit I sat in the chair and she started my service. I lifted my arm and noticed white dust from previous client. So it seems as though they haven’t been cleaning in between clients. If I could give zero stars i would. My mother can in a few weeks ago and got scammed into an $180 pedicure she DID NOT ASK FOR. but willingly paid without causing a scene. I went in today for gel polish NOT a pedicure for many reasons. Normally $20. Yet I was forced to pay an additional $20 for some kind of “shine” on my toes that i was unaware of getting until after it was already on. Stay clear of here unless you want to end up paying double. I believe it is the same lady who does this to customers.
