We left our 2009 BMW 335d with Novo Lighting/Distinctive Diesels in early January 2020. Ryan L*** said he would begin work on the car before the end of January 2020 when other projects were complete. As of 10/28/2020, the work on our car is not complete, Ryan will not accept phone calls, respond to emails or social media messages and he keeps the door to his business locked. I have to say I was disappointed with this company. I was spending more time in my home office, and needed help with my lighting. Ryan did come over and look at it, which honestly is more than I could get from anyone else so i do have to give him credit for that. He sent me 3 suggestions, and I chose a floor lamp because the info he sent on it indicated it was a dimmable light. When it arrived I picked it up, and brought it home. Ryan And his crew did an excellent job on my brand new customized lights! Ryan is very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend checking out Novo Lighting for all your lighting needs. I had some aftermarket Spec-D lights on my 2013 chevy impala before and they were garbage they definitely don't compare to my new lights that Novo Lighting created for me!
