The tenants who don't follow the rules are my only complaint. Trash piled outside everyday, they never bring them in, and have to look at it on Friday, Saturday when it shouldn't be out. Dog poop all around the back fence. They need to be picking it up or maintenence needs to get it. There are pet bags out for their use. We ruined two pairs of shoes stepping in it. I am still being charged this waiver fee and I have contacted Foxen and the leasing office multiple times. This management company is proving to be worst than the last. Does not resolve resident issues but bends over backwards to harass residents about putting trash cans away.
Complex was bought out about two months ago. The old management was significantly better.
Big shoutout to the leasing office team: Kris, Ivonna, and Courtney for being a very helpful, friendly, and professional staff! I felt very welcomed when touring the apartments. They answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way when submitting my application, they were happy to help. The apartment complex looks very clean and well taken care of! Overall great experience working with this team. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for their new home to check this place out!
