I have to shout-out Ms. Courtney who was AMAZING today to help my family and I after having a distressful day after traveling to a community in Port Orange who falsely advertised short term leases were available for their apartments. It was a very stressful day for us and Courtney went above and beyond to assist us, show compassion, and even stay longer beyond her close of day to make sure we were taken care of. Kristopher took us around the property and showed us the model unit and all of the amenities. He was absolutely AMAZING!! He was able and willing to answer any and all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. He had another tour come in while we were still there and I did not feel rushed at all. He is, most definitely, an asset to the company and I hope they know what an amazing employee he is!
