Going to the dentist has always made me feel tense and fearful. I need extra freezing and some dentists didn't wait long enough, or show enough concern about my fears. My experience at Novo in the last year has included a crown replacement and several fillings, which are never "fun" but have certainly been a much better experience than I anticipated. If anyone is looking for a dentist in the Abbotsford area, look no further. The staff at Novo Dental are so professional and make you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. They explain every procedure prior to doing it and are willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. Can't say enough about them.
For as long as I can remember, I have a fear of dentist offices. That has diminished greatly with my first visit to Novo Office this past Tuesday. Everyone and I mean everyone (from the front end staff right through to Dr. Provo, made sure throughout my two hour appointment that I was comfortable by interacting with humour, updating with information during the examination and providing advise and results.
