RecommendedTheir Highlands spot is one of my favorite local coffee shops! Great coffee (their cold-pressed coffee is my go-to), a super friendly staff and when I need a sweet treat their liquid brownies and homemade pop-tarts are a perfect option!
LOVE it's the word that that can truely describe the way I feel for Novo Coffee
Went for the first (and definitely not last) time yesterday. I got a cortado and a cappuccino and was nowhere near disappointed. My only comment is, the espresso had a distinctly strong note of dark chocolate, so much so that the cappuccino tasted like a mochaccino. Not a bad thing at all and it's very unique. Personally, because of this, I did preferred the cortado. Though they were both superb. This place is delicious and I will return soon.
Favorite joint in the strip. Great people, coffee, food and beer!
Great coffee made with care for all the details. Forget the legalised marijuana Denver, Novo coffee is better!

Seriously impressed with the commitment to faithfully representing the coffees they have in the shop. They are also rocking a Slayer espresso machine which is BEYOND enviable. both the device and the staff are creating coffee worth dreaming about!
