So I like the coffee, get the nitro cold brew at the time at DCM and I was excited to try out their other offerings when I found myself at the Highlands location. We walked in, and were not greeted despite being the only new customers in the store. No big deal, typical for hipster shops in the area. Been in Love with Del Fuego beans for espresso since I first had them, through Drink Trade. Really incredible. The resultant cappuccinos I make again and again. Can't get enough. Truly great!
Decided to try the coffee tasting and tour for a bachelorette party and we are sooooo glad we did! We had a blast learning and tasting all the coffees. It’s the one thing we kept talking about and are still talking about. Novo knows what they are doing and is making the coffee world a better place! I will 100% be back the next time I’m in Denver. The girl working now stressed that it would take several minutes to make the single origin espresso. There was nothing else to do & she just seemed to want to not give me what I want. That's what I came for. I'm my old neighborhood these uppity people have taken over. She's working right now. She has an attitude trust me.
They were super nice here when we visited! And the coffee/hot chocolate was great!
purchased a Novo klean knanteen here because I am a big fan of the shop and their coffee. The kanteen has not worked properly since the day I bought it (leaks allover) a couple of months ago. Today I noticed that they had new ones in that are of a different design and ask if I could exchange my defective one. “NO we can’t do that, sorry.” Thus, turning one raving fan into a former customer.
Whoever makes your cold brew is obviously very talented, highly intelligent, and extremely attractive. Best cold brew in the country!
