We have lived at Novo apartments almost 7 years. The property is very quiet, clean, no people just hanging around, no police presence concerning any crime at Novo. The office staff is friendly and the 2 maintenance men have a lot of experience. My husband and me is leaving WA and we will miss this community.
Office staff at NOVO are wonderful. Cassie was extremely patient and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
This place is hands down heaven sent!!! Everything is just HEAVEN SENT!! The houses, the community and not to mention THE PEOPLE!! And my personal favorite TAYLOR!! Such an angel! All I can say is, I thank the Lord this place exists. I’m at peace now that I’m here! Need a place to stay? Especially a place that fits your budget!! They got it! I LOVE IT HERE and we haven’t even moved in
We lived at Novo for almost 8 years. So far only positive things to say about Team Novo and special thanks to John, Maintenance Leader. He is always there to help and does a great job fixing things up! Love the staff at main office, especially Manager Cassie. She always listens to any issues and best part: super quick response time. Thank you, Team Novo!
Novo is a beautiful property. Office staff is really friendly and cleared up any questions we had moving in. Sarah gave us the tour, Aimee and Cassandra helped us w questions. Maintenance tends to get to my problems quickly. Our only gripe is parking is frustrating at times.
