I have received exceptional service from Novo, so I had to come update my review. My mother in law is using Hers and has had so many issues, yet she can never reach anyone to speak with for advice or assistance and she was having a lot of negative side effects and becoming very discouraged. She was ready to quit, but I told her that my experience with Novo is the opposite, and that Rachel is available anytime to answer questions and offer support.
