Such a disappointing experience tonight at Novita. Special burrata and asparagus gratin appetizers were delicious, as was the gramigna alla carbonara, but the Chilean sea bass with rosemary special was not cooked throughout. We could not mention this dissatisfaction to the waiter since he never returned to our table after taking our order. Busboy never returned to refill water glasses, and the waiter never returned to deliver dessert menus. Melt in your mouth gnocchi! Outstanding food and service!
Great food. Classic Italian with a modern twist. Spagattini Neri (thin spaghetti made black with squid ink) with seafood and spicy sauce. Excellent. Great service. Owner Giuseppe makes you feel like family.
