The Novi's Beef delivery van driver did not stop for a stop sign as he was driving through Riverside, IL today (May 2, 2019) at 1:50 pm. He flew past Quincy and Cowley Road and ignored the stop sign as my family member was trying to cross the street. He was flying down the street so fast we couldn't get a tag number. FYI Riverside is a residential neighborhood. There are bikers, children, elderly, and people with pets who walk and cross the streets.
