I’m very disappointed with my experience at this place. Save ur money and go elsewhere. I went in for treatment on my back acne, body freckles, and underarm whitening. They recommended the same mask for all concerns, and because of the large area, I was told to purchase two packs of the mask, which I did. The treatment was called “enlighten” or the enlightened plus. They also mentioned that the follow-up appointment would be a complimentary touch-up for areas that needed more attention. *UPDATE: How exactly was this “clearly explained” when your own staff told me—before and after the treatment—that I was receiving the original formula? I confirmed it in writing two days before my appointment because I’ve had the new version before, and I knew it didn’t work for me. That’s why I specifically requested the original. *UPDATE: It seems like google is filtering out negative reviews for this business . If you’re looking for honest feedback, I recommend checking Yelp, where reviews are less likely to be filtered. I had a disappointing experience here after being a loyal client for years. I was given a different product than what I consented to, which caused a bad reaction.
