Name and shame. Mark is abrasive and cuts calls abruptly ignoring building management issues brought up by residents. He will scream and start yelling if you try to escalate an issue that hasn’t been fixed. Stay far, far away
Mark Novin refuses to provide basic services for renters; in particular renters who are old and living in a rent controlled apartment. He is rude and dismissive. If you ask for a reasonable appliance, like a refrigerator, Mr. Novin tells you to take him to court.
Mark is professional informative and efficient.
