Amazing bedside manner! Very friendly office staff. I felt very comfortable talking to her and her staff, it felt like a bunch of friends talking. Dr Sroa was open to my opinions and thoughts on the visit. She was so sweet, she even hugged me! I will definitely keep her as my derm :)
I visited Dr. Sroa at her office to have the cyst on my head removed. After giving me several numbing shots, she was unable to proceed with the procedure because we didn't have the necessary permit to do anasticia , and she referred me to a general surgeon. After almost a week, the intense swelling in my face hasn't gone down, it's affecting my eyes, and I have a headache. I can't believe I have to go back to work on Monday feeling like this.
