Well i would say doctor Novick is very good , but his secretary is something. She is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. I don't know what she learn in a school, i guess nothing, but she cannot write even one reference without making 100 mistakes.If she must make something for you be prepared it will take months. I really would take rather other doctor.
Dr Novik has been my ENT specialist for over 30 years. Gentle bedside manner, expert in his field. Easy to make appointments.
Service mediocre... J ai du appeler 4 fois pour avoir mon résultat car jamais envoyé... Une fois avoir confirmé avoir envoyé le résultat, jamais reçu... Rendu quasi 1 mois depuis la date de RDV, j'attends encore le résultat...
