Staff is very nice and accommodating.
I had a great experience with Ormco Spark aligners! Treatment was completed within a year of my initial consultation. Friendly staff and great experiences all around. The staff was helpful with any question that came up and they were quick to help me make an appointment if necessary.
Dr Novick and the entire team at Novick Orthodontics are the absolute best. My daughter got braces 7 months ago and already the difference is incredible. Her smile is stunning due to the incredibly skilled team at Novick Orthodontics led by Dr. Novick! I highly recommend them.
They were the most expensive place I went to for a replacement retainer last year. I went to them for a replacement bottom retainer, and they charged me $600. They had some stupid non-patient fee on top of the office fee. I went to another orthodontist and they only charged me $250, including their office fee. This place is a rip-off!
Dr. Novick and her team are the best - they are friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient. Great experience overall! I could not recommend her practice more!
