Great office, works like a clockwork. They got me in and out quickly. Dr. Karlee Novice was attentive and caring, explained everything, answered my questions and sent me on my way. Amazing experience.
Everyone is always very professional and very nice. I really appreciate the doctors calling me after I had a concerning spot to let me know everything was OK so I didn’t have to worry. I’ve had other doctors who just wait to send you something in the mail weeks later..
The staff is friendly and efficient. I met all three doctors during my visit and they were all great. My actual visit was with Dr Karlee and she was thorough, personable and skilled. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. The office was clean and comfortable. I’m so glad I found them.
Very accommodating and professional. I was 20 minutes late and was still accommodated without any hassles. Dr Karlie is my doctor of choice at the Novice Group. She is thorough and explains things well. Importantly, she does NOT try to sell me cosmetic procedures or products.
The Novice family of doctors is very professional, kind, and show they REALLY care about their patients. Wonderful!
