Until now I have been unhappy with recommendations offered up by friends for dermatologists. With previous dermatologists I felt rushed. I was just a number. Office staff was meh. After my second appointment with Dr. Kaylee Novice today-I am 100% sure that this is where I will stay. Dr. Kaylee listens. Is friendly and respectful. She knows her stuff. I have often said that you can tell the quality of the owners by the quality of the staff. The staff is also amazing.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Every visit has been an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The entire team is warm, welcoming, professional, and always on time, making you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door.
