This is the first clinic that finally got my diagnosis correct after years of trying to figure it out. The clinic is accommodating and has helped me to reschedule and get appointments scheduled with short notice due to my ever changing work schedule. The staff is helpful and has expedited prior authorization requests when they are needed. They have also been helpful changing medications that have had issues with being out of supply or on backorder. If I could add 0 stars I would. Every negative review on here is true and a shared experience with myself. Dr. Garcia was my first psychiatrist that was recommended to me by an inpatient psych facility when I was around 15 (just starting high school). Important to note that I am also a biological female. He would prescribe me new meds every single rushed appointment without fully discussing them with me.
