I would like to start by sharing this review has nothing to do with Dr. Zoltowski. He is the ONLY reason I was at the office, he cares, he is genuine, and he will get you the help you need. With that being said, this is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I love dr Garcia! Best doctor ever. Have seen him for nearly 20 years and he is the real deal
The practice is a mixed bag. I’ve been a patient here for years, and I have no issues with Dr. Garcia. He can be blunt and very direct, which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I’ve never had a problem with him. The nurse practitioner is excellent. She takes the time to discuss concerns, walk through treatment options, and, in my opinion, genuinely wants to help her patients. Whatever you do, DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE!! I’ve been going here for the past four years, and I truly have nothing good to say about this practice. There was only one good person I met at Novi Psychiatry and Psychology, and she left within 6 months of me working with her. I totally don’t blame her for leaving the practice. She truly cared about my well being and helped me through my mental struggles. After she left, I started to see Dr Garcia. This office is absolutely terrible. The front desk staff is rude and unwelcoming. My daughter saw dr Garcia and he didn’t even speak with her, I explained what was going on and he gave her meds. He said to make a follow up appt which I did. I called the office to reschedule the appt and they said she never had one. They then scheduled an assessment with a psychologist and it was scheduled months out, so I asked to be put on the wait list.
