I asked for a “Funny Bunny” base, which is a color I normally get, but a different color was used without being communicated. I mentioned during the appointment that the color didn’t look right and was not the color I asked for, but it wasn’t corrected. The result came out pink, and the shaping and French tips were uneven. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this nail salon. During my visit, one of the employees, Tony, asked me if I could even afford to pay for my nails, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. This was two years ago. What upset me even more was overhearing staff discussing my personal medical issue with other clients and making jokes about something I cannot control.
