Absolutely loved my experience at Novellus Bar in St. Charles! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, creating the perfect vibe for a night out. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to offer fantastic drink recommendations. The cocktail menu is inventive, featuring a variety of unique flavors that cater to all tastes. I tried their drinks, and it did not disappoint! Nate is on point! Joey is awesome too!
Amazing food every time we come here, my favorite brunch spot in St.Charles.
After wandering around the historic district, we selected Nouvellus to sit and enjoy a drink. The bartender amazed us with his mastery and deft creation of our drinks. We perused the menu ordering the Brussels sprout appetizer and moving on to ravioli pillows and blackened tuna entrees. The wilted spinach with the tuna was outstanding. All in all, a delightful experience.
This place is wonderful! It’s in a beautiful historic part of St Charles. The ambiance was great. It was quiet and private but also had a bar side where larger groups could hang out. The service was great. Food was awesome! Very fair price for the whole experience. The only thing we struggled with was parking…it’s a very popular part of town and we went on a Saturday night. they do have e a close parking garage available on weekends but we didn’t know that until we drove around for 10 minutes looking for a spot.
