Novelli Pressure Washing did a very mediocre job. There are still many dirty or streaked spots on the siding. I let Devin know and he said he would come back and touch up all the spots plus clean several outside windows which had a film on them. He never returned and did not let me know. Also in quoting the job, I wanted the interior windows cleaned and let him know that some were double windows that go up and down. He only wiped down the inner most pane. I recently had my house exterior washed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Devin did an excellent job — the house honestly looks almost brand new again. The difference before and after was huge. Devins pricing was competitive compared to others I looked into, and the quality of the work really exceeded my expectations. On March 26th, I contacted Derek about removing green and black mold from the left exterior wall of our house due to my HOA having informed me that I would be fine 3 days later if it wasn't rmoved.
