I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Novella. I feel very well cared for each time I receive infusions, which is twice weekly. I walk in the door and am greeted like family. Thank you to Stephan, Melissa & Christine. The one thing I think could be changed is to have Christine part of the team more often. The office needs her expertise and tender loving care she provides.

I’ve been going to Novella for years. This is the kindest and cleanest infusion center. Stephane and Melissa go above and beyond every time. I wish I could take Stephane with me anywhere I needed an infusion! She is extremely skilled, caring, and personable. They truly make you feel cared for as a person. I highly recommend their team. The only thing they could improve is having a bigger space. While the center is very comfortable, with comfy chairs and nice décor, it does feel a bit tight.
I’ve been a patient at Novella’s Portsmouth location for several months. Every time I’ve gone there for their infusion services, the provider team has been extraordinary. Their kindness, respect, attention to detail and consistency has made what can otherwise be an uncomfortable experience seem like a visit with a favorite family member.
