Tracy and the administration at Novel are amazing. I would totally recommend them to anyone with an anxious dog or reactive dog. They took their time with mine and went at his pace and we had a very successful visit. I can't stress how much they have helped and how nice they were thank you to the Novel staff for all their help and welcoming my pets with arms and loving arms
Amazing environment to bring your pet to, the staff are very caring and attentive, the hours are fantastic, and the care for the animals is next level. My cat is a new rescue but he was very quickly put at ease in the examination room, it feels more like a lounge than a cold sterile hospital. It was my first time taking my pup to a vet so I was a little bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. My pup is a nervous guy and I knew that would be a challenge but everyone at Novel handled him so well! Everybody was so kind and welcoming and I loved the private rooms and the welcome message to my pup on his first visit.
