I recently signed up for a membership with Novel on the recommendation from an employee at my dogs daycare. I called Novel to find out what I should do after my dog had eaten something he shouldn’t have. First of all I spoke with Matthew who was so friendly and professional. He spoke to the vet right away and gave me some information on how to deal with the issue. I was able to bring my dog in the next morning to also be assessed. I went for the first time with my mom for her cats last week. They were nothing but sweet, and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very helpful. They make vet care accessible.
They were amazing, not only did they get my fur baby in asap, they were patient and so good with him! 10/10 would recommend!
blown away by the professional caring nature of the clinic. the setup is impressive. it's well organized and their prices for things like pet xrays are more than competitive.
Highly recommend! Loved my first visit with my 2 cats who had never been to a vet before.
