What a terrific experience at Novel. They took Osito in right away (on a Sunday no less). Every staff member was so pleasant, friendly and considerate for Osito. Another bonus is the price of the yearly care package. It’s 5 times less than the standard prices and includes all of the pets in your household. Very impressive #osito.diaries
Took my senior cat in. From the first call to book in they understood my urgency and were very kind. I was given lots of options and ended up becoming a member. They followed up with my multiple times which I really appreciated. I am considering moving my dog over to their care as well because they were so great with me cat. With the membership i wont hesitate to bring my cat in whenever I am worried.
Tina went in with dental issues, as we work to find the source the team as novel have been so helpful, following up on post visits and keeping me informed. Thank you !!!
