Lived here for almost a year and i’d say the parking garage is broken more than it’s not. like ? You will pull up to get in after a long day at work and it won’t open because they don’t tell you it’s broken, and then you have to go all the way around. Same with leaving.It creates an unsafe traffic situation in the garage and big inconvenience. For what rent costs, this is unacceptable.
I lived at Anchor Riverwalk and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and offers true luxury living in the city. What really makes it special is the staff—every single person I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and helpful. They always took care of any concerns promptly and with a smile.
