Whitney is a stellar leasing manager! She is super busy but always finds the time to help make living at the riverwalk as easy as possible.
Kathy Boyd in the Leasing office was flawless on her personal & professional skills. I was so amazed on how efficient & quickly she gotten me approved & moved-in. Just attended another wonderful community event. Did I mention that I LOVE living here!;) Sorry but I had to update my review. I truly love living here, however I no longer feel safe where I continuously find the supposedly Security guard sleeping in the Sky Lounge & Community Room. Building is in a great location, and all of the team working here has been lovely. Facilities are well maintained, and there are many resident services/events. Something to keep in mind that I learned is that a good number of UT students live here. For me, I'm above a unit where they tend to play loud music with heavy bass, but they aren't doing anything wrong/against rules/illegal so I can't fault anyone for that
Living here has been a very frustrating experience. The manager should be doing literally any other job. Multiple residents in the complex openly discuss how difficult she is to deal with. When I had issues in my apartment, she was completely unhelpful, took a very disrespectful tone, and showed zero understanding. She consistently fails to conduct herself professionally, which is extremely disheartening.
