I’m moving back to this community and Kathy made the experience super seamless. She was extremely helpful with the application process and was very informative when I had follow up questions. She definitely made my move in easier, not having to worry about the paperwork side. The community is also adding a bunch of upgrades, so it’s great to have all the new amenities
The only thing “luxury” about Anchor Riverwalk is the location. Everything else has been a constant disappointment. Parking is a nightmare. There simply aren’t enough spots for residents, so I end up parking in visitor parking multiple times a week. Paying $65/month for parking is absolutely not worth it, especially when the garage itself is frequently broken and takes weeks to get repaired. Trash fees are outrageous — $48.88 for "Trash Fee" and $14.88 for "Recycling Fee" which adds up to $63.76/month. That’s insanely high f... read more
update, have reached out 3 times regarding discussion of water bill charges from leaks, they are non responsive… I’ve lived here for over a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. My water bills have been ridiculously high due to multiple leaks in my apartment, none of which were my fault, as i don’t know how to make a leak occur.
