Kathy was wonderful, the service was perfect
I have had a great experience at Anchor the past 1.5 years. The leasing team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Maintenance is the best I've seen from all complexes I have lived in and gets to requests the same day they are submitted. The complex is always clean and quiet, and the units are beautiful. Location is a huge plus as well.
This community is one of the worst offenders of price manipulation I’ve witnessed. Current recurring arbitrary fees and overpriced “services”: Cable / Internet: $99.99 (overpriced + unnecessary cable) Valet Trash: $39.99 (overpriced) Recycling: $14.99 (in addition to valet trash) Convenience Fee: $33.99 (arbitrary) Parking: $65 Total Additional Fees: $253.96 The current RealPage lawsuit for price-fixing these types of communities engage in is bad enough.
