I wanted to take a moment to recognize the hard working maintenance team in this community. They are diligent in keeping the community functioning .Sam just completed a maintenance request for me. He is consistently kind, professional, and always completes requests thoroughly. I am grateful for Sam and the rest of the team.
The first year I was here it was great. Now this is my second year and my sister’s car was hit in the garage twice. The first time it happened, the management was not helpful. We kept having to follow up with them multiple times and we had to take the investigation into our own hands because they didn’t seem to care. When we would follow up they seemed like we were inconveniencing them. I have lived here now almost 2 years and the first year the experience was good but now the management is rude and unhelpful. My car got hit in the garage a few months ago and when I informed them they didn’t care or do anything about it. I spent over $5,000 out of pocket to fix it. Then just a few days ago, my car got hit again and I got a quote for $2,000 to fix.
