Excellent all around
Luke, our server, was fabulous! As always, so was the food! Great place to lunch with mom and bedtie!
We had the most incredible experience at Novel. I wouldn’t change anything about the food, it was perfection. I feel like this place is kind of like a well kept secret; I can’t believe I haven’t heard about it until last week. But probably the best part about Novel was the service, our waiter Nick has been working here for years and had amazing recommendations. Overall 1000000/10 recommend!
I ate here with a friend for dinner and we enjoyed our experience overall. The cocktails are top notch. We ordered the bread service which was delicious and plentiful. The smoked hummus was the best hummus ever. I had the 7 layer salad and it was delicious with hefty chunks of bacon and the parmesan dressing was delicious. Hamachi crudo presentation was sloppy, and was the entire reason for my visit along with a quick cocktail hour. It was tasty though! Vibes at 8pm on Friday were just “meh”. Almost too much natural light for a date night.
