DELICIOUS! Not at all fussy or precious. The chef knows what he's doing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being obsequious. The more-than-adequate wine list features some interesting bottles. As a former restaurateur, I appreciate how difficult it is to pull off the kind of experience Novel offers. It's a terrific restaurant.
Food was awesome. My fiancee can’t eat red sauce anymore due to a stomach condition, so the white bolognese on the rigatoni was perfect for her. She’s still talking about it days later. My only comment is that it felt weirdly bright for as nice as the restaurant was, which is perhaps subjective.
I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. The flavors were authentic and reminded me of home-cooked meals. The service was fast and friendly, making the whole dining experience even better. I’ll be back again for sure!
