We had dinner at Novel while my friends were in town, and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Kansas City. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely welcoming. The food was incredible. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. This is a great place to dine for a nice dinner. Good cocktails and great entrees. I always have a good time coming here. I really enjoyed their tar tar. Definitely a top 10 fine dining spot in KC.
