Just finished our kitchen, bathroom and fireplace in the living room, project came out great. Whole project took 35 days. Project manager was great, keep us updated and walk us through whole project. Also we got contractor discount on kitchen cabinets within company's network. Looking forward for 2nd bathroom remodel. Thank you guys for great work.

They took the time to explain what was to be done and why certain adjustments and changes from the original plan were necessary. There were a few bumps in the road of course, as is the case with any construction project, but each one of those was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The crew showed up on time and was very tidy, even putting some branches into the green waste bin when they finished. He responds best to inquiries and questions through his cell phone or text. This is the 2nd job Novel has done for me, so I know I can trust that his work will be built correctly and on budget.
One of their Contractor came from Novel Remodelling. He wrote me a very clear estimate, itemising everything, showed up on time, did careful work, cleaned up meticulously, and then charged me $80. less than his stated price, because the door wasn't as expensive as he'd originally estimated. He can do carpentry, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and he'll be at the top of our list for the next household project!
The design was outstanding. Big thanks to the entire team who did a majority of the work at our home. they were all highly skilled craftsmen, and their work definitely exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure having them in our home. We would highly recommend Novel Remodeling INC for any remodel project. We will definitely be calling them again.
