My husband and I have lived here for one year. When my husband said we had to live in an apartment I was kicking and screaming until we found this place. Sadly we are moving out of the area. I just love this community .. it is outstanding. Clean, friendly, walking distance to so many great restaurants, lifetime fitness across the street, post post office across the street, walking distance to Whole Foods. I can do on on on how amazing this place truly is, but best off all is the management and staff working there. The staff is always there to provide support in any way possible. The helpful staff makes the process so easy and anybody would love the facility. If you're looking to call a place a home, I'd recommend Novel to anybody...I move in tomorrow!
You can NOT beat the location! Not to mention the apartments are all amazing. It's very high end and well maintained and such a lovely community of people! They hold amazing events every week so you can stay involved!
Adult, food focused community!
I can’t say enough about my experience at this incredible property!!! The property is so pretty and they keep it immaculate. The resort style living is the best we have experienced. The kids love the game room and how close we are to everything Waverly has to offer!!!
