Be careful before signing any contract here. I wish I considered the helpful reviews here. We were quoted a price at our initial consultation in 2023 but over the last year, I’ve been hit with extra fees and other unexpected adjustment' charges even with dual dental insurance plus out of pocket share and the treatment services was not fully completed. When I asked Metlife they said that payment should be completed May 2026 but due to long contract the clinic supposed to submit treatment continuation letter yet did not do so ... read more

Super aggressive marketing. I've communicated through text/email/phone that I no longer want to receive communication but they don't stop. Their pricing is super high and felt like the plan was structured around getting the most money from their patients. 44 messages over 6 months.

I am bit frustrated with Novel at the moment. Between the straighten with was 5K and took two year, to the surprising 2K for alterations I had to do last minute with my dentist, I thought there would be some sort of guarantee with certain things. I opted for the permanent retainer on the lower teeth, that popped off the first 24 hours, went back had it reapplied and it popped off a little over a year later, the told me it would be 300$ to replace it as it’s past a year. Aggressive marketing! As soon as we made the appointment, the emails and text messages started, every day emails and texts are coming asking fill the form, please stop it! even when I replied back STOP
