Toured last month, didn’t end up moving in but it’s really a great place! Scarlett did an amazing job with the tour, highlighting everything that Novel and the surrounding area has to offer.
My son and I have spent the last few days touring apartments in the area, and after seeing several communities, Novel was the one we chose. The biggest reason was the overall experience. Paige, the leasing consultant who showed us around, was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour without ever making us feel pressured. The maintenance team is top notch! They are very responsive and efficient. Both JB and Isaac were a joy to work with today!
I can't wait to leave this place once my lease ends. This is by far the worst Class A property I've lived at. I can literally hear how the guy upstairs flushes his toilet every night - the sound isolation is non-existent! Despite multiple complaints, they can't even fix their fire alarm system, which goes off every 10 days for no reason and forces everyone to leave the building. I don't recommend this place - stay away!
