My roomie and I had such a great experience touring Novel with Paige! From the moment we arrived, she brought such great energy and enthusiasm that made the whole tour feel welcoming and exciting. She was incredibly engaging, answered all of our questions, and made sure we really got a feel for the community and what it would be like to live there. My future roommate and I had a great time visiting not only the Midtown Tampa apartments but also the shops and stores around it. The apartment was the perfect commute to both St. Petersburg and downtown Tampa which was a priority of my roommate and I. Paige was an absolute superstar showing us around the property and assisting us with finding the best price for our possible choices. If you are able to have her tour you around, you managed to get one of the best!
Loved our tour with Paige! She is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Novel Midtown. She clearly sets the tone as we observed every resident warmly greeting her and us!
You will absolutely love this community. The property is absolutely beautiful and smells amazing might I add. I toured with Scarlett who made me feel at home before I even toured on our phone call. (After going to other properties no one wanted to tour me because I was a walk in but she squeezed me into her schedule but I’d suggest you schedule an appointment so that she isn’t overwhelmed). Take a tour here and I’m almost positive that you will feel right at home.
I really enjoyed touring Novel and learning more about the community and amenities from Scarlett! She was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Novel to anyone in search of a new apartment.
