Just moved into Novel a month ago..Angel and JB have been great at keeping things running smoothly. My AC went out and was fixed the next morning, which is not what I have normally experienced at other places. The building is extremely nice and feels like a hotel, very well maintained. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff, particularly Angel and JB!
Very trustworthy employees at this community. Orlando, the maintenance personnel took the phone into possession and secured it in the office so that when I return for it, it was safe. I’m very appreciative to know that people in the community are that trustworthy and nice.
I had a great experience working with Paige! She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and took the time to give me a thorough guided tour of the property. Paige was friendly, professional, and really represented her company well. It’s clear she cares about providing excellent service and making sure visitors feel informed and welcomed. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re interested in leasing here!
Went for a tour and the staff treated me as if I didn't belong. It was a truly unfortunate experience
