I called Novel to find out more information on them and the services they provide. I talked with Tim Gilliland, he was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very nice and professional.

This company was charged with providing hospice care for my grandfather. He ended up in the ICU after a UTI went undiagnosed and untreated for weeks resulting in extreme confusion/illness that lead to a fall. We continually raised concerns with his care team that he needed more care than he was getting and asked for support in compelling him to accept moving in with someone even if it meant involving APS and no one took us seriously. My Husband was in a severe car accident and had to have several vertebra replaced. We are fairly young. So, as you can assume this process is completely foreign to both my husband and I. immediately we started having issues with insurance and the approval proses. I was in a car accident and was partially paralyzed. After three vertebrae replacements month in the hospital then went to encompass for physical therapy and was told by the case worker there that when i got home everything would be lined up for me....it never happened.
