Unprofessional, don't take time to listen as you speaking, basically they listen to reply then to listen to understand your concern.
Don't apply in the agency if you're experienced HHA. Unprofessional (simply without any training I could give her 0 stars), give you forms to sign up in two languages, she has no idea what is human immunology, so she wouldn't understand the physical forms from doctor and laboratory. And what is against the NYS law the woman gives me a blank form to sing up about the rates they pay.
