Great experiences here. The online portal is really easy to use to book your appointment or send messages. And the doctor has always seen me on time
My family and I have been patients of Dr.Anish Mody for many years. We have only the best things to say, he is a wealth of knowledge. He has always made us feel heard — considered our opinions and handled everything with empathy and grace. Hands down the best physician in the city. Calling to make an appt is almost impossible. They never answer the phone leaving you no option but to leave a message. In that message I clearly issue dates of my availability and those dates being any time during the day. They receive the message then call me back asking me to call them back to schedule my follow-up. I again call them back. Dr. Woleston listens, she really listens when you explain your symptoms or how you’re feeling. As someone with a few chronic health issues I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. When I leave I feel heard. All the staff are so friendly as well.
