I always hear such great feedback about this team and these physicians from their patients. The doctors are very caring in referring their clients to other services as needed and collaborating with other healthcare professionals like us.
We've been very fortunate to have Dr Anish Mody as a family physician for a few years. Dr Mody, and the staff at Novel Health, including Dr Chase and Nurse Katrina, are highly professional, put you at ease, and are generally great people. In addition, the Telus portal makes it easy to book appointments as well as communicate with the relevant health care practitioner(s). The staff is always very helpful and responsive.
