Amenities are fantastic, everything is well kept, the leasing agents are always friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly, it's pet friendly... Also, the people here are approachable and kind. Whether it be the tenants, the community events organizers, or the staff. HIGHLY recommend this place. You'll love it. (it's also within walking distance to shopping and restaurants)
Novel Bellevue Place is a beautiful community! The apartments themselves are stunning and the amenities are top-notch. Ioan in in the leasing office is also incredibly friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
I moved here in March with my bestie and this has been the best place to live! Everyone is so friendly, the gym and pool area are great! Great community to be apart of! <3
My wife and I moved here in March and so far it has been a great place! There are some things that a new complex (such as this one) need to work on but nothing at all against them, really great people all around!
Just moved in this week and so far I love it! Apartment is so beautiful and the property has everything. So close to shopping too! Office staff have all been wonderful.
