I’ve been coming here for years! I love the selection of products they carry and how nice the staff is when you walk in. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable when looking for something new to try, definitely one of my favorite places.

Love Nove! The staff up front are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always a good experience! Also, taking gel nail tech course with Amanda, shes a fantastic teacher, super smart, encouraging and supportive. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Misleading I recently had a very disappointing experience with Nove Aesthetics. A coworker picked up gel polish for me, and despite providing a clear photo of the product I wanted, they sold us a cheap knock-off version instead. This brand is not professional-grade and is typically found on discount consumer sites like Temu — not what you'd expect from a business that claims to serve trained professionals. I was coming in from out of town for work and required supplies I could not bring with me. Knowing I was coming in close to end of day I phoned to ask if they had the product and if they would be available if I was 5 minutes late. The person on the phone was very clear they closed at closing time - fair. She also indicated she had private clients to assist after her shift and they were her priority.
