We visited Nove based in a recommendation from a friend....not for Italian fare, but for steak! We ordered the surf n turf with steak and lobster. The filet was cooked perfectly. The only thing we would have liked was some drawn butter to dip the lobster...we could have asked, I am sure, but we were pretty busy enjoying our meal. Anthony was an excellent server.
Food was amazing and so was the service! Hope to come back again.
I just want to say a big thank you to staff at Nove, especially our waiter who tonight gave us the best dining experience for my friends 30th birthday. For service above and beyond, and incredible pasta this is the place to go!

We came here on a recommendation. It was touted to be the best Italian fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. The service was very excellent. Everyone was welcoming & very professional. I started off the night with the Lobster Bisque and It the BEST I've ever had! Presentation was amazing and it tasted delicious!
