Service is deplorable. When GM sent us notice of a factory recall to replace the battery on our 2019 Bolt, we scheduled a service appointment at NOVATO CHEVROLET following the directions on the notice. When we showed up on the scheduled day, we were advised that the battery was not available and the service department had no record of our appointment. My 2016 GMC Canyon need transmission repair under warranty. I did not buy the vehicle at this dealership, in fact I live 1,600 miles away in Waco, TX. The torque converter shudder that occured to my truck is a known problem with this year. When I made an appointment for repair I asked if there were parts available and I was assured, yes. Dishonest sales. Ordered a car, agreed on price at MSRP and waited months for it to be manufactured and shipped. When in shipping, Dealer states they want $30,000 over MSRP.. Horrible
