I lived here for a 12 month lease over a year ago. Although I appreciated the quick availability of move in dates I do feel as though I was moved into a unit that was not ready, please know that this might have been a unique situation that could have just happened to me but the floors had sanding remnants on them still, I was missing a cabinet (that I continued to not have for the majority of my lease), my garbage disposal did not work, my heater did not work, and only 1 outlet was functional. I have had nothing but good experiences here. Management is friendly and it doesn’t hurt to have helpful and supportive neighbors as well. I made the right move for this one. My only con might be the coin op laundry(if you don’t regularly carry change), I will keep this post updated, but Ms. Monticelli keep up the great work!
I've been here for almost a year and have no real complaints. The staff are helpful, the maintenance guys knowledgeable and friendly. I've lived in several different apartments over the years and have felt the most at home here.
Amazing Complex! I couldn't be happier to live here :) The Management team is the best!
Absolutely love calling this complex home!! The best place I have ever lived! Upkeep & ground maintenance is pristine & management is extremely receptive to tenants' needs.
