It is the spirit and work ethic of the Latino resident/workers (Juan) that keep this place one of the best apts. in Novato. The challenge of maintenance, i.e. plumbing, electrical et al in a fully concrete structure is a challenge. This building will NEVER burn down, and it might survive a nuclear holocast!😜
I have been living at 325 Rowland LLC for over three years and I am consistently impressed by the exceptional management and maintenance of this apartment complex. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and meticulously cared for, creating a serene and welcoming environment. The management team, led by Lisa and her assistant Julia, is truly outstanding. My wife and I absolutely love it here. The location is great - our apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains, and in the mornings we get to see the ducks flying over to the nearby pond. There are also some neighborhood hawks that soar overhead, which is amazing to watch. The grounds are really well-maintained, the whole place has a peaceful feel to it.
