We've booked vacation rentals through Novation Realty for multiple trips to Oahu because their properties are affordable, conveniently located in Waikiki, and consistently provide a great experience. You need to believe the negative reviews and believe the unprofessional responses. I leased with this company for 4 and a half years, and when it was time to give me a reference for a new apartment, they acted like they didn't know me at all, even though I was a clean, communicative, and consistent tenant for all those years. I left the place in better condition than when I moved in, hired professional cleaners, and they treated me with disdain. Horrible service, can't even begin to imagine how people manage to talk to the people here. The communication was lacking, no updates over a matter, I had to reach out every single time to get an update. Never had a worse experience ever. Sure the people are friendly to talk but if the work is not being done what is the point of "sorry for the inconvenience" when the work is not being done. Reached out to the property manager multiple times but the work is not done even after 2 weeks. Hope people take this seriously.
