Horrible service, can't even begin to imagine how people manage to talk to the people here. The communication was lacking, no updates over a matter, I had to reach out every single time to get an update. Never had a worse experience ever. Sure the people are friendly to talk but if the work is not being done what is the point of "sorry for the inconvenience" when the work is not being done. Reached out to the property manager multiple times but the work is not done even after 2 weeks. Hope people take this seriously.
I canceled my reservation within 24 hours of booking and was met with complete refusal to even have a conversation. As someone who can be called into military duty at any time—especially with everything going on in the world right now—you would expect at least a basic level of understanding or flexibility. Love these guys! Very professional and personable. They do a great job if you’re looking for a property management company.
Imagine if you book a longer stay with novatia realty (37 nights) confirmed with property manager maya, again confirmed this morning at my bank picking up the cashiers check which I was advised by maya to do. Only to be not let in, standing curbside with my luggage and the owner Tim or terry turns off his phone and then maya texts me “sorry, we can’t meet today. Sorry. Cancel” it’s a 37 NIGHT BOOKING! Maya and the team at Novation are fantastic — responsive, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful.
