Imagine if you book a longer stay with novatia realty (37 nights) confirmed with property manager maya, again confirmed this morning at my bank picking up the cashiers check which I was advised by maya to do. Only to be not let in, standing curbside with my luggage and the owner Tim or terry turns off his phone and then maya texts me “sorry, we can’t meet today. Sorry. Cancel” it’s a 37 NIGHT BOOKING!
