As a long time customer, I've never been more disappointed in Novation. The blonde at the front desk, rude and totally unprofessional has caused me to end all relationships with them. Todd, you can do better.

Great people and competitive rates from a hometown credit union.
Got a good interest rate for an auto loan. Ended up getting charged hundreds of dollars in off and on late fees do to mailing issues. Their app does not show late fees on auto loans and they never made any attempt to contact me about them so I had no idea I was being charged the fees until much later. I don't know why the app shows little to no information about the account when that is all many people use now days. How the Hell we supposed to get a loan or money out of our account, more then what the ATM will give. if the lobby is only open from 9 to 4 and not everyone works in town?
