I engaged this company to renovate by basement. They were not very responsive or professional, but we got to the end and they apologized for their unprofessionalism. My friend then engaged them to do her bathroom and that was a complete nightmare. It was messy, completely unprofessional and a shabby job. Within months, the toilet they fixed started to lick into the basement causing serous mold (and yet, they were not eager to fix the issue). My friend had to get someone else to fix it.
