$32 for a key and then $45 for “postage and admin fee.” Absolute joke. It only costs $10.95 to post an item that size tracked in Australia. And what admin fee? All you’re doing is cutting and sending a key is that not in the $32 price? LOL

My experience with Novas Door Furniture was very unsatisfactory. Their Builders rep was totally incompetent and their stock availability was very poor. I have been in the building industry as a registered builder for 35 years and would not recommend using this company.

It's quality stuff haven't had a problem installing until I got to the lockable cav slider door hardware.. doesn't make sense, you supply screws too long for a 38mm door which is fine, you just cut them back to the cut off line.. but now the screws are to small lol literally have to take a grider blade off the screws and the handle pin to make it work.. anyway rant over, 3 stars for quality
