I never write reviews unless my experience is terrible or absolutely fabulous. I found my dental experience at Novare to be in the "absolutely fabulous" category. My wait was short, and I felt welcomed as I waited. Dr. Renfroe is not like most dentists I have gone to in the past. He made me feel as if I were his only patient and seemed to genuinely care. I had used my same dentist for 16 years with no complaints but since moving, found the 30 mile drive back for cleanings didn't fit into my busy schedule. I went for my first visit with Dr, Renfroein May and was sold! From the time you walk into the office until the time you leave you feel like you are the only patient. Dr. Renfroe is an exceptional dentist! I took my brother (who has Down's Syndrome) to Novare Dental and Dr. Renfroe went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my brother felt comfortable and unafraid (it also helped that each exam room had a TV, because that is my brother's favorite pastime). As a matter of fact, after the appointment was over, he wanted to know when he could come back! How many people are actually that eager to go to the dentist? In my opinion, that explains it all! Dr. Renfroe is the best!!
I have been to many dentists, and I've never been to a dentist as gentle and caring as Dr. Renfroe. I love the setup of the whole office. The waiting area is very nice, and the rooms are excellent with comfortable chairs and tv's that adjust to where you can watch them during your work. A great environment!! Novare Dental & Facial Spa is like no dentist office I've ever been to. The relaxed setting and friendly staff truly makes a difference. I always dreaded going to the dentist but it doesn't even feel like your at a dentist, I love the T.V's in the treatment rooms, I felt like a celebrity! :) The gentleness of the staff and Dr. Renfroe was amazing, they care about making you comfortable and yet still taking care of you. I would recommend them to anyone!
Everyone dreads going to the dentist, but I wasn't so bummed about this trip because I arranged to treat myself to the spa afterwards. The spa was amazing, but what impressed me the most was Dr. Renfroe was so compassionate. I didn't feel like I was just another patient. I felt like he took the time he needed with me and cared about providing the best service possible. He made my experience wonderful.
