Living in this building was an absolute nightmare. I moved in with my dog, who is a certified service dog for my daughter, long before the pet policy was changed. Without any notice and after a shady change in management, I was forced to leave because “pets were no longer allowed,” even though my dog was fully certified with all the proper documentation. We lived at Novare for 1 year. Our experience was not good at all. I would recommend not to live in a rental building which is managed by realstar. The manager Brenda was a terrible person, when moving out she did not let us go even we gave notice a month prior she said notice is only acceptable if you give it before paying the rent. The rent now on the website was 1900 and we were paying her 2200 each month. Parking and everything else is additional. Space was too small. They charged us 500$ for cleaning. I lived at Novare for about two years, starting in May 2023, and my experience from beginning to end was excellent. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share because of how positive my time here has been. The management team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. I lived at this property from 2019 until July 2025, and I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic place to call home. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the SkyTrain station and only 30 minutes to downtown. Everything you need is within easy reach. What truly sets this building apart, though, is the staff.
