Constant major problems; loss of water, loss of hot water, loss of heating, sprinklers going off. Management refuses to respond to anything.

We enjoyed living in this building for over two years. The location is ideal, with everything you need just a short distance away. The building itself is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. Pros: Excellent location Friendly, helpful staff Well-kept building Cons: Rent can be a bit pricey The buzzer system for the 25th floor never worked during our time there Despite the minor issues, our experience was very positive

I have been a resident in Novare since May 2021 till September 2024 and these have been the greatest 3 years of my life! I loved the sense of community in the building, the safety, cleanliness and the staff! Whenever I had any questions, I came to the rental office and not only I had a lovely chat, I always had my questions answered. If anything in the apartment broke, I simply submitted a maintenance request and I got help right away from the team.
