Sadly, I was going to give a higher review but after my experience I will have to decrease this. I had a horrible experience upon move out, I have had my place cleaned to pristine condition, took photos, and went over it with several people on a check list to ensure everything was done correctly. I will still charged for things out of my control (lived there 5+ years and the balcony need a power wash, of which needs a professional to clean and should be on the building to do so). I had a great experience with the team at Novare. From the start, Rosie was quick and efficient in coordinating my viewings and was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule at the last minute. Hana, who handled my application, was equally wonderful—she showed me multiple units until I found the perfect one and made the entire onboarding process smooth and stress-free. She also handled all the documentation and answered my questions promptly. Overall, awesome service from the entire Novare team!
Living in this building was an absolute nightmare. I moved in with my dog, who is a certified service dog for my daughter, long before the pet policy was changed. Without any notice and after a shady change in management, I was forced to leave because “pets were no longer allowed,” even though my dog was fully certified with all the proper documentation.
