The building managers and staff are extremely helpful. It made moving in seamless and any question or things I needed were dealt with with ease. Love this building!
I have been living here for almost a year now, and I can only report positive things. The staff is very professional and does a fantastic job, and the building is always clean. In my opinion, Novare is one of the best places to live in New Westminster.
I called this building my home for 3 years. I’m so grateful to have lived here. Amazing Fraser river views, mountain views, top notch facilities like an outdoor patio area, social room, games room, gym. Bonus: New West’s best coffee shop in my opinion(Coaster’s Coffee) is on the first floor. Even little things like decorations for Halloween, Easter and other festivals were done really well and made this building feel like home. Clean, modern and safe - the building, and suites are well taken care of. The staff are amazing, and supportive while managing day to day activities, and major maintenance issues. All work that impacts the tenants are very well communicated. I also have some pretty amazing river and mountain views. I've been very happy here (since 2018).
