Novara Recovery Center not only has one of the best addiction treatment teams in all of Virginia, but I LOVE how they went above & beyond and paid attention to every single little detail!! The catered food was incredible and I genuinely appreciate how the menu was constantly switched up every single day & input from clients was taken to heart. Novara Recovery Center helped when my family came up from the Richmond area. They found a level of structure that made a real difference right away. Everything was organized in a way that helped build consistency day to day. Support for both mental health and substance use was handled together, which made the process feel more complete and easier to stay engaged with. Definitely worth the drive from Richmond.

Update: The facility has contacted my wife and the billing errors have been resolved. We appreciate the prompt response. _____________________________________________________ My wife was in the facility for 32 days. Beware. The "separate" housing contract is billed under a different LLC. They withhold driver's licenses & credit cards upon admittance and bill for urinalysis 3x week even for residents of the "house" when you are not permitted to go anywhere.
