I was really happy with my entire experience with Novapetal. I spoke to Cameron who was a great help with guiding me to the arrangement I had in mind. A few hours later received a photo of arrangement and a notice that it was out for delivery. Another notice that it was successfully delivered. Also felt it was a very fair price.

I was quite disappointed to receive such a small bouquet for $173—especially one that differed so significantly from what was advertised on the website. While the delivery person was polite, no effort was made to address or resolve the issue; instead, I was simply asked to leave a review, so here is my honest feedback. Anthony knows what’s up. I went in, told him my vibe and he was able to capture it exactly. Classy and elegant but lovely and warm. All done in 10 minutes to make my meeting. Thank you so much!
