Do not visit this office if you have a bmi over 40. They will wait until you already owe the copay to tell you they won’t treat you. Kristin Hess saw my relative for a non weight related issue and not only outright refused to help her but took the liberty to lecture her without looking at her medical history or considering why she came in the first place. Absolutely shameful behavior completely lacking professionalism or compassion.
