This office makes it nearly impossible to schedule care. They do not answer their phones, and the only way to make prenatal appointments is by phone or in person—both of which are incredibly frustrating when the phones go unanswered.
After waiting almost a month and a half for my appointment, I got called 2 days before and told me they were referring me to a high risk doctor after reviewing my chart. And then proceeded never to refer me because they didn’t see me In person? But made the decision I was high risk off of my chart? I WAITED A MONTH I AM 18 weeks pregnant! Shame on you.
I love Novant Womancare! Rhonda Dixon was amazing! She informed me about some concerns I had regarding a lump I had on my boob and she was very understanding and attentive to my questions and concerns. She is awesome!
My GYN retired and I received no notice. She was prescribing me medication - I feel left out in the dark and this is not how patients should be cared for. Now I have to start over with a new doctor. It will not be with Novant even though I’ve gotten care from them for 20 years.
Rhonda is one of the best practitioners I have ever seen. She is so caring and compassionate and so competent. I am happy to travel 45 minutes just to see her!
