I’ve been a patient at Novant since I was 8 years old. I have had nothing but the best experience there, until I was assigned a new provider a few years back. Ami Crabtree has no business working with people. She has one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen from an (alleged) professional. She has made me fight tooth and nail to get my prescription refilled every few months for the last 3 years. I have been seeing doctor's at Novant Health for 12 years. I am happy with the doctor that I am seeing. But... every time I need a prescription filled it doesn't happen. I have to keep calling my pharmacy(which tells me that they have not heard from my doctor). I then have to call Novant Health. They don't answer or I have to wait 15-20 minutes until someone eventually picks up. When they do pick up they are rude. I am seriously thinking of changes due to this. I am not happy with Novant Health at all!!
