I’ve been a patient at Novant since I was 8 years old. I have had nothing but the best experience there, until I was assigned a new provider a few years back. Ami Crabtree has no business working with people. She has one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen from an (alleged) professional. She has made me fight tooth and nail to get my prescription refilled every few months for the last 3 years. I have been seeing doctor's at Novant Health for 12 years. I am happy with the doctor that I am seeing. But... every time I need a prescription filled it doesn't happen. I have to keep calling my pharmacy(which tells me that they have not heard from my doctor). I then have to call Novant Health. They don't answer or I have to wait 15-20 minutes until someone eventually picks up. When they do pick up they are rude. I am seriously thinking of changes due to this. I am not happy with Novant Health at all!!
I love my doctor, Dr Weber. He is very good with sitting down with you and talking to you. But I'm gonna have to change providers because the Novant Corporation, as Corporations go, just care about the "bottom line". Let me explain... Avoid Dr. Ivery at all cost, Incompetent at all levels. The office staff is rude and will hang up on you when you have a complaint. Dr. Ivery and her Zombie assistant Margaret are useless, they will never follow up with patients to go over results. When you do finally get them on the phone ask for results they simply apologize and act like they are did nothing wrong.
Ami Crabtree, PA is very caring and thorough, very smart and cares about her patients! We followed her from where she worked in Oxford. All of us love Ami!
