This is the worst place to go don’t ever go here. This place needs to be shut down. They are very slow I took my daughter there and it take me four hours and at the end they didn’t give her anything so please this is the worst place to take your child especially when a child is sick and have fever they don’t even care .
If I could leave a negative star I would. I have been a patient for many years of Dr Demarco. She has been fantastic! Today I went to the urgent care side of things this morning. Was waiting out in my car before 8am. Had breakfast in my car got out to throw it away and was going to read the sign on the door. I went in due to a sudden loss of hearing in my ear. NP Whitney Hood and her nurse were so pleasant and listened to my concerns. After a few minutes, Whitney was able to diagnose this as sudden sensorineural hearing loss. She said next steps were to see an ENT and start steroids. Her nurse was able to get me in with an ENT that morning. A week later and 1 steroid injection, I have gotten some hearing back. Thank you for your quick actions and your professionalism during such an anxious time for me.
Absolutely unprofessional and racist. Specifically both the front desk receptionist women and NP Whitney Hood. Seems like it was such an inconvenience to let me know over the phone if they take walk ins. After arriving both me and a family member were treated horribly. I was translating for my family member when the receptionist looks at him and says “He can’t speak for himself?” . Short visit, sent us right to UVA ER 10 minutes away because we required more care, anticipated admission. Very quick determination, good care.
