The front desk lady seems to believe she runs the entire establishment, often speaking out of turn. The front desk gentleman, displaying all the charm of a stubborn mule, seems to lack basic interpersonal skills. Their behavior is so unprofessional that they might be better off staying at home. While I hold immense respect for healthcare workers, especially after the pandemic, encountering individuals like these makes me question the credibility of these institutions. This facility does NOT care about patient health. They refused to see me even with an appointment. The reception staff are rude and could care less about trying to help people in pain. The Urgent care will try ANYTHING to avoid treating patients. Apparently, none of the doctors on site are trained to actually treat patients and will refer everyone to the ER. Do not waste your time or mental health.

Absolutely the worst experience. They don't return calls. They don't communicate. When you finally get a appointment scheduled they reschedule or give you 10 different numbers and nobody will commit to helping you. The doctors don't return messages or help with referrals.

Place used to be decent when it opened, I guess a lot of places In Bristow are like that these days, explanation for the 2nd star, and a few decent interactions in the past Staff is rude, place is so slow, and like most urgent care your just better off roughing it out rather than waiting over and hour for a flu/Covid test Never ended up getting in, sign on door says “talk to receptionist if waited over 20 minutes” Waited an hour and I go up to discuss the situation first word out of the woman’s mouth is “so you just wanna ca... read more

With two kids in multiple sports, we have had multiple injuries needing treatment. Dr. Frymoyer has been wonderful to say the least. He’s prompt, and thoroughly assesses what our kids are saying & feeling with each injury, etc. It’s clear sports medicine and helping his patients feel their best, is a passion.
